I called Total Collision right after my accident and they fit me in immediately. They had my car back to me like new in 4 days and did an amazing job. They really care about their customers and doing what is right. I would definitely recommend them.

TCR have become our "go to" repairers. Their work is immaculate and the regular communication on job status is comforting. This car in particular has a special matt finish which I hoped would be colour matched perfectly...and it was! Like straight out of the factory. Couldn't fault the workmanship at all. I have never had more trust in a panel beater than TCR. They have managed my whole accident from start to finish with out any hassle and ensured all the replacement parts were authentic. My car looks better than when I first bought it too. So clean, shiny and new. I’ve found my forever repairer.

Total Collision Repairs worked with the recover agency on my behalf so I did not have to claim on my own policy. I received a free rental vehicles for the duration of repairs. The entire process was made easy, very professional and quality repairs.

Recently we had our car repaired by the Total Collision Repair team.  I would like to call out, until now I have never met such a professional team, from the office staff to the workshop.My dealings with the office staff was superb, they are extremely courteous and professional and took the stress away from dealing with insurance companies.

The workshop staff were just as professional.Its obvious Ming and the crew pride themselves on doing a quality job, as the repairs to our car were of an exceptional standard. You could not fault the workmanship of the repairs.
