  • Do I have to get more than one quote to have my vehicle repaired?

    If you call Total Collision Repairs before contacting your insurance company, we will advise you of the best process for your specific vehicle damages. We insurance work for most insurance companies in the industry so there should be no need to get more than one estimate for your repairs in most circumstances. Keeping you on the road is our motto and we will advise you of the most effective outcome of doing exactly that, without affecting your insurance policy or premium.

  • Do I need to call police if I'm involved in an accident?

    Police need to be called to attend the scene of an accident under the following circumstances:


    • If the vehicles involved are not driveable and need to be towed.
    • When someone has been injured in the accident.
    • If there are signs of alcohol or drug abuse by any of the drivers.

  • What is the repair process for fixing my car?

    All insurance companies have slightly different ways of doing things, but as a general rule the following guide can be used throughout your repair experience.

    • Insurance, Inspection, Approval & Book in
    • Parts ordered, as well as back orders if applicable
    • Body & frame work
    • Paint work
    • Reassembly & fit up
    • Accident related mechanical repairs
    • Buffing & polishing of new paint work
    • Diagnostic check & reset of warning lights
    • Wash, clean & final quality control inspection
    • Vehicle is ready to go home!
  • What should I do if I'm involved in an accident?

    Don't panic! Call our friendly office staff on 9338 4399 or 0417 116 346 after hours and we'll advise what should be done. We can help you organise towing should your vehicle be undriveable and deal with the insurance process for you. Towing allocation services can be reached on 13 11 76 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Who should I contact if there is a problem with my repairs?

    Should you have any problem with your vehicle repairs, contact our friendly office staff straight away on 9388 4399, so that an inspection can take place and the necessary course of action agreed.
